Product Description

1, Introduction
Air flotation machines are widely used in the treatment of industrial wastewater and domestic sewage such as oil refining, chemical industry, brewing, vegetable oil production and refining, slaughtering, electroplating, printing and dyeing. Air flotation is to dissolve a large amount of air into the water body, and form a large number of fine bubbles after decompression, and the bubbles form adhesion with the suspended matter. Suspended solids condense together under the adsorption of tiny bubbles and float to the water surface with the bubbles. Under the action of the slag scraper, the scum is separated from the water body, and the heavier impurities will sink to the bottom and be discharged regularly through the sewage system.

5. Machine operating instructions
Thoroughly clean all parts of the air flotation device; check the integrity of the dissolved air water pump and air compressor, including the lubrication and refueling of the water pump, the tightness of the packing, and the filling of oil in the air compressor; check the power supply and circuits, and perform a short air Run under load to determine whether the steering of the pump and air compressor is correct, whether there is noise or heating; configure the coagulant as required, control the concentration, and preliminarily determine the dosage of the agent based on the sample test; Open and close the valve, and place it in the open or closed position as required; remove all releases and check for blockage; check whether the one-way valve on the pipeline connecting the dissolved gas tank and the air compressor is installed correctly; adjust it properly The minimum pressure limit switch of the air compressor to ensure that the water in the dissolved air tank does not enter the air bag of the air compressor.

Debugging steps
1) Inject clean water into the air flotation tank to check whether there are leaks in all parts of the tank.
2) Fill and exhaust the dissolved air water pump. After starting, gradually open the outlet water pipe valve until it is fully opened.
3) When the water level in the dissolved gas tank rises and the pressure reaches the maximum value that the water pump can provide, suddenly open the water outlet valve of the dissolved gas tank and flush the dissolved gas pipe with high-pressure water. Repeat this several times. Then start the air compressor. When the air pressure in the dissolved gas tank reaches 490kPa, similarly, suddenly open the water outlet valve of the dissolved gas tank, flush the dissolved gas pipe again with rapid air flow, and repeat several times. Finally, rinse with high-pressure water several times. Do this several times until the dissolved air pipe is flushed and quiet, and then turn off the dissolved air water pump and air compressor.
4) Open the vent valves of the contact chamber and reaction chamber to let the water level drop to a certain height or vent it.
5) Install the releases one by one and tighten them by hand. (No need to tighten with a wrench)
6) Restart the dissolved air water pump and air compressor. When the pressure of the air compressor exceeds the pressure of the water pump, slightly open the gate valve to allow air and water to enter the dissolved air tank at the same time. Be careful not to open the air valve too large to avoid The pressure of the air compressor drops sharply, causing water backflow.
7) When it is observed that the water level indicator pipe of the dissolved gas tank is about two-thirds of the water depth, all water outlet valves of the dissolved gas tank should be opened, and the gas release situation and effect of the dissolved gas water should be observed in the contact room.
8) Use a pneumatic triple valve to regulate the air supply of the air compressor until the water level in the dissolved air tank is basically stable within two-thirds of the range (neither submerging the filler nor being too low). A small amount of water level rise and fall can be started slightly. Adjust the release valve of the dissolved gas tank. Fully open the water outlet valve to prevent trapping at the water outlet valve and release air bubbles in advance.
9) After the dissolved gas and gas release systems are completely normal, open the water inlet valve and add a slightly excessive amount of coagulant.
10) Control the water inlet valve to limit the water inlet volume within the designed water volume range.
11) Control the water outlet valve of the air flotation tank to stabilize the water level of the air flotation tank at the slag collecting slot. After the water level stabilizes, use flow meters, water meters and other equipment to measure the volume of treated water, and use the inlet and outlet valves to adjust until the design flow rate is reached.
12) In the early stages of operation, main water quality indicators must be continuously tested. Unqualified effluent should be discharged directly into the sewer system through overflow pipes or returned to the water collection tank. After passing the test, the subsequent processing of the structure will begin. If the treated water quality is too good, the dosage of chemicals can be gradually reduced until it becomes normal.
